The Crankset Project

Crank.set: noun /kraNGk set/

The component of a bicycle drivetrain that converts the reciprocating motion of the rider’s legs into rotational motion used to drive the chain, which in turn drives the rear wheel.

The crankset is the centerpiece of a bicycle component group and defines the design aesthetic for the other components. It’s the largest component and is responsible for transferring the riders power and energy into speed. The Crankset Project was inspired by my love and fascination for bicycles and their simple yet complicated design.
